| Robb has a concentration in general civil litigation matters and balances both plaintiff and defence work. Robb has been involved in cases involving contract disputes, personal injuries, class actions, professional negligence and general commercial litigation. As a recent call to the Ontario Bar, Robb joined Adair Morse in 2007 and has since made submissions at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. |

While at law school, Robb represented Queen’s University in a series of moot court competitions. In 2005 Robb and a teammate won the Arnup Cup, which is a mock-trial competition for Ontario law schools that is hosted by the Advocates’ Society. In 2006 Robb and a teammate won another provincial, mooting championship in a competition hosted by OTLA (the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association). In the OTLA Moot, Robb won a scholarship after being recognized as the Best Overall Advocate in the competition.
Throughout his university career, Robb participated in study-abroad programs which took him to the Netherlands to study law and to the University of Texas to study history. Robb has also lived and worked in Edinburgh, Scotland and Hong Kong. |
