Practice  
Nicholas Daube joined Adair Morse as an associate in July 2008 after articling at a large Toronto firm. He has a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on the areas of corporate commercial law, medical malpractice, insurance defence, product liability and personal injury.  
 
Non-Professional Involvement  
Over the course of his legal education, Nicholas received several significant awards. At Columbia Law School, Nicholas graduated as a James Kent Scholar (highest honours) and received the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law. At the University of Toronto, Nicholas received the Lily Rubinstein Prize for work in fundamental freedoms and the Award for Best Student Submission from the Journal of Law & Equality. He was also a Junior Fellow at Massey College.

Prior to law school, Nicholas was a competitive track athlete, competing at the national level for Queen’s University and serving as its varsity team captain in his final year. He also played baseball and volunteered as a youth coach in Toronto.
