Susan Guzzo joined Adair Morse as an associate in February 2004, where she continues her civil litigation practice.
Susan has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal in cases involving commercial disputes, product liability, professional negligence, bodily injury, insurance coverage and wrongful dismissal. Susan has also appeared before various tribunals, including the Employment Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. |
