| David Murray is an experienced litigation counsel with extensive trial and appellate experience in product liability, commercial litigation, professional negligence and casualty insurance law, including both first- and third-party claims. He has appeared as counsel at every level of court in the Province of Ontario and has appeared before the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. |

| David is a member of the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association. He has lectured on issues concerning casualty insurance claims and has spoken at a number of Advocates’ Society seminars. He has also given various seminars to the members of the insurance industry. |
