| ADAIR MORSE LLP articling students receive remuneration competitive with salaries paid by medium sized Toronto law firms. In addition to salary, our articling students receive a dental and health package, life insurance, and two weeks paid vacation.

Evaluation Process |
The atmosphere at ADAIR MORSE LLP is professional yet friendly and informal. Associates and partners are extremely approachable. We believe it is essential that the lines of communication be kept open at all times so that students and young lawyers can develop their potential. Our lawyers are encouraged to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback, and to foster team spirit. Our system provides students with easy access to our lawyers in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Students receive formal performance evaluations at the middle and end of their articles. However, we also encourage students to seek and provide constructive feedback from the lawyers with whom they are working as well as their articling principal. This exchange of ideas and two-way feedback is used to constantly improve the ADAIR MORSE LLP training and development programs.

Qualities of Prospective Adair Morse Articling Students |
| The students we hire represent the future of both our firm and legal profession. While academic record is important, we also realize that the best lawyers are not necessarily those with the best grades in law school. ADAIR MORSE LLP seeks students who, in addition to strong intellectual ability, have well-established interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn to become an expert trial lawyer. We are looking for imaginative, motivated students who are eager to take on responsibility, to see tasks through to completion and to provide our clients with excellent service. | |
