| In addition to the one-on-one mentoring program, ADAIR MORSE LLP has created an internal CLE seminar program. The program is very important since it allows each of our associates and students to take advantage of the years of combined experience of the partners at the firm. These group seminars, presented every other month on a wide variety of legal topics, are led by various ADAIR MORSE LLP partners and include question and answer sessions.

While the ADAIR MORSE LLP mentoring program and the internal CLE seminars are cornerstones in the firm career development program, we feel that it is also very important for our lawyers to be involved in external CLE. Both our partners and associates are committed to external CLE programs. Many of our partners share their extensive experience, address their peers and participate in discussions at CLE seminars held by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates Society, and many other private institutions. They also teach the Bar Admission courses and present at the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
Since learning from other lawyers and businesspeople in the community will provide an even more comprehensive learning experience for each of our associates, we encourage them to attend a number of these CLE programs throughout the year.
