ADAIR MORSE LLP | BARRISTERS+SOLICITORS
CAREERS - OVERVIEW - One of Canada's Leading Specialty Law Firms

Overview

ADAIR MORSE LLP is one of Canada’s foremost leading specialty law firms of expert trial lawyers.  There is no typical ADAIR MORSE LLP partner, associate or student. Our firm's success has been based on hiring talented individuals and then developing them to become excellent litigators. We believe that the future of our firm is best served by our ability to attract highly accomplished individuals who offer a broad range of backgrounds, interests and opinions. Diversity, enthusiasm, and the desire to be an expert trial lawyer are the hallmarks of our firm.

Many members of our firm are actively involved in professional activities, including lecturing and the publication of legal materials. Members of the firm have authored, co-authored or edited texts on advocacy and insurance law. In addition, members of the firm lecture on a wide array of topics, teach at the Bar Admission Course and lead continuing legal education programs run by The Law Society of Upper Canada. We also regularly host and participate in lectures for the legal and business communities as well as special conferences and seminars organized for our clients.

ADAIR MORSE LLP has a stimulating practice and provides a supportive atmosphere, which fosters both individual initiative and teamwork. We are committed to ensuring that all students and lawyers are treated fairly and are provided with equitable opportunities for professional development and career advancement.  The firm provides a professional yet collegial environment that encourages creativity and independence.

ADAIR MORSE LLP students will be exposed to a very “hands-on” experience that will include the opportunity to attend court.  The students’ work will involve but not be limited to assisting lawyers with legal research, preparation of litigation materials, attendance at motions court, and the handling of Small Claims Court actions.
